April Showers Bring May Flowers

It’s that time of spring where it’s still a little chilly and maybe a little rainy, but you know that means warmth and beauty are right around the corner. We have the perfect flower pots and vases for all the new blooms to bring indoors. Don’t have space? Use our votives to hold a smaller arrangement on your desk or your favorite table.

For those who don’t need any potted flowers, bring them in on new botanical tableware. It’s oh-so pretty with a vintage feel.

Success at the Spring/Summer Shows

The Spring/Summer 2016 show season has come to an end and we couldn’t be more excited about the launch of Bloomingville in the US. From Atlanta to Dallas to Las Vegas, people were thrilled to see our product in person and place their first orders. The feedback we got from our new customers was overwhelmingly positive and we are eager to get our items shipping at the beginning of February. Here are a few of the highlights from each city.

Atlanta – AmericasMart, Building 2, Suite 1801 January 12 – 19, 2016

We kicked off show season in Atlanta in the Ivystone showroom. Simon Stampe, CEO, and Jesper Waedeled, Commercial Director, made the trip from Denmark to support the launch along with the US team. Together with Ivystone and AmericasMart, we celebrated the opening with a champagne toast.

Overall, people were delighted to see something new and different in the market. Our most popular items were the tableware collections, especially the funny sayings in the black and white Josephine and Julie collections. The ability to mix and match all of our tableware makes it easy for customers to create their own stories for their own customers such as with the pinks and grays in the Cecile collection.

Dallas – Dallas Market Center, WTC – Suite 236 January 20 – 26, 2016

Next was Dallas, Texas where hides were the hit. They are secondary harvest, hand dyed and so soft you can’t help but touch them as you pass by. We were awarded Best Visual Presentation for the Total Home & Gift Market by Dallas Market and honored to be recognized. Our Mini collection was also featured in the front lobby for customers to see as soon as they walked in the front door.

Las Vegas – Las Vegas Market, Building C – Suite C696 January 24 – 28, 2016

It was the West Coast’s turn to get their hands on our product and Las Vegas did not disappoint. Gold and copper dominated the show with people going crazy for the gold chair.

Designers were creating some inspiring vignettes that we were happy to feature on Instagram.

Overall, we learned a lot from our first shows and received some very valuable feedback from our new customers. Thank you for all of your support and be sure to check out the website for more information on our products and events. We’ll see you again at the Autumn/Winter 2016 show in June!

Happy changes!

Welcome to Bloomingville

Welcome to a world of beautiful home interiors

Danish design combined with the Nordic trends of the moment and an ambition to give you more than you can possible expect. That is what Bloomingville is all about.

Our story began in 2000, when Betina Stampe followed her dream and passion to found Bloomingville. Today, the company has grown into an international cooperation with offices in Denmark and the U.S. with Betina as Creative Director and her husband, Simon, as CEO.

We design, develop and sell a wide range of interior styles – always keeping your ever changing home in mind. Although many things have changed over the years, our dedicated focus on a wide selection, reasonable prices, quality, and a high level of service remain the same.

We are excited to offer our favorite products to the U.S. and hope you love them as much as we do.
